Day 1: Arrival in Phnom Penh

Arrive at Phnom Penh International Airport. Meet and greet by your local tour guide. Transfer to your hotel for check-in. Spend the afternoon at leisure. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 2: Phnom Penh City Tour

After breakfast, start your day with a visit to the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. Explore the National Museum to see its collection of Khmer artifacts. In the afternoon, visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek to learn about Cambodia’s history. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Phnom Penh to Siem Reap

After breakfast, transfer to Phnom Penh Airport for your flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Angkor National Museum to get an overview of the Angkor civilization. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 4: Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom

After breakfast, explore the Angkor Archaeological Park. Start with the iconic Angkor Wat, one of the largest religious monuments in the world. Continue to Angkor Thom to see the Bayon Temple, known for its massive stone faces, and the Terrace of the Elephants and the Leper King. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Ta Prohm and Banteay Srei

After breakfast, visit Ta Prohm, the temple famously overtaken by tree roots. Continue to Banteay Srei, known for its intricate carvings and pink sandstone. In the afternoon, visit the Landmine Museum to learn about Cambodia’s history and demining efforts. Return to Siem Reap for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Siem Reap – Floating Village and Kulen Mountain

After breakfast, take a boat trip to the Tonle Sap Lake to visit a floating village, experiencing the local way of life. In the afternoon, visit the Kulen Mountain National Park, where you can see the river of a thousand lingas and the reclining Buddha. Return to Siem Reap for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Siem Reap - Beng Mealea and Koh Ker

After breakfast, visit Beng Mealea, a remote temple overrun by jungle. Continue to Koh Ker, an ancient capital of the Khmer Empire with impressive pyramidal temples. Return to Siem Reap for dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 8: Siem Reap - Phnom Kulen and Waterfall

After breakfast, drive to Phnom Kulen National Park. Explore the area’s waterfalls, natural pools, and the river with its carved lingas. Visit the Phnom Kulen Reclining Buddha. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the park. Return to Siem Reap for dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Siem Reap to Kampong Thom

After breakfast, drive to Kampong Thom. Visit the Sambor Prei Kuk temples, an archaeological site with pre-Angkorian temples. Explore the local market and the Kampong Thom Museum. Check in at your hotel. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Kampong Thom.

Day 10: Kampong Thom to Phnom Penh

After breakfast, drive back to Phnom Penh. En route, stop at Skun, known for its spider market, where you can try some local delicacies. Continue to Phnom Penh. Spend the afternoon at leisure, with time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Enjoy a farewell dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 11: Departure from Phnom Penh

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for some final sightseeing or shopping. Transfer to Phnom Penh International Airport for your departure flight.
