Day 1: Arrival in Quito

Arrive at Mariscal Sucre International Airport in Quito. Meet and greet by your local tour guide. Transfer to your hotel for check-in. Spend the afternoon at leisure to relax or explore the nearby areas. Enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Quito.

Day 2: Quito City Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a full-day city tour of Quito. Visit the historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, including the Independence Plaza, the Presidential Palace, the Cathedral, and La Compañía Church. Continue to the Panecillo Hill for panoramic views of the city. In the afternoon, visit the Middle of the World Monument (Mitad del Mundo) to stand on the equatorial line. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight in Quito.

Day 3: Quito to Baltra Island (Galapagos)

After an early breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Baltra Island in the Galapagos. Upon arrival, transfer to your cruise ship or hotel. After check-in, visit the Charles Darwin Research Station on Santa Cruz Island to learn about the conservation efforts and see giant tortoises. Dinner and overnight on the cruise ship or at the hotel.

Day 4: Galapagos - North Seymour Island

Enjoy breakfast on board or at the hotel. Take a morning excursion to North Seymour Island, known for its large populations of blue-footed boobies, frigatebirds, and sea lions. Spend the afternoon snorkeling or relaxing on the beach. Dinner and overnight on the cruise ship or at the hotel.

Day 5: Galapagos - South Plaza Island & Santa Fe Island

After breakfast, visit South Plaza Island, home to a variety of wildlife including land iguanas, sea lions, and numerous bird species. In the afternoon, head to Santa Fe Island, where you can snorkel with sea lions and see unique species of land iguanas. Dinner and overnight on the cruise ship or at the hotel.

Day 6: Galapagos - Española Island (Hood)

Enjoy breakfast on board or at the hotel. Spend the day exploring Española Island, one of the oldest islands in the archipelago. Visit Gardner Bay for a chance to relax on the beach and snorkel with sea lions. In the afternoon, visit Punta Suarez to see the waved albatross, blue-footed boobies, and other seabirds. Dinner and overnight on the cruise ship or at the hotel.

Day 7: Galapagos - Floreana Island

After breakfast, visit Floreana Island, known for its historical sites and wildlife. Explore Post Office Bay, where you can leave a postcard without a stamp, continuing a long tradition. In the afternoon, visit Cormorant Point to see flamingos and other bird species. Snorkel at Devil's Crown, an underwater volcanic cone. Dinner and overnight on the cruise ship or at the hotel.

Day 8: Galapagos - Santa Cruz Island & Return to Quito

Enjoy breakfast on board or at the hotel. Take a morning excursion to the highlands of Santa Cruz Island to see giant tortoises in their natural habitat. After the tour, transfer to Baltra Airport for your flight back to Quito. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight in Quito.

Day 9: Otavalo Market and Surroundings

After breakfast, take a full-day excursion to the Otavalo Market, one of the most famous indigenous markets in South America. Shop for handmade crafts, textiles, and souvenirs. Visit the nearby town of Cotacachi, known for its leather goods, and the beautiful Cuicocha Lake. Return to Quito in the evening. Dinner and overnight in Quito.

Day 10: Departure from Quito

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and a leisurely morning in Quito. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Transfer to Mariscal Sucre International Airport for your departure flight.
